TDK releases a new type of anti -miscellaneous scattered field 3D HAL position sensor for the SPC interface

     TDK announced the expansion of the product portfolio of the Micronas Masterhal sensor series and released the new anti -miscellaneous scattered field 3D HAL position sensor HAL 3970. This sensor is suitable for automotive and industrial applications, which has a high -precision angle detection from 0 ° to 360 °, linear position detection, and using SPC output to transmit calculation location information. The SPC interface is an enhancement of the SENT protocol according to the SAE J2716 standard.

     It can transmit data according to the trigger pulse sent by the external ECU, and supports the point -to -point connection and the single line mode of the four sensors. The unit time, frame format, trigger mode, slow channel format, rolling counter and other parameters are easy to configure.      Each sensor in the HAL 39XY sensor series is based on a patented 3D HAL sensing unit technology*. HAL3970 uses a special Hall film array to measure the vertical and horizontal magnetic field components high -precision.
