TE Connectivity introduces SFP56 and QSFP56 cable assemblies

     TE Connectivity (TE), a global leader in connectivity and sensors, delivers one of the highest performance 56 Gbps QSFP56 and SFP56 cable assemblies on the market with its leading technology in signal integrity. The cable assembly portfolio supports 100 Gbps and 200 Gbps aggregated data rates for a range of applications including data center equipment, test and measurement equipment, and wireless infrastructure.

     TE's new QSFP56 and SFP56 high-speed cable assemblies are Ethernet 802.3cd compliant and support 56G PAM-4 applications. The product family  is optimized to greatly reduce insertion loss and cross-talk, and can be retroactively compatible with existing QSFP and SFP connectors and cages for easy upgrades. Combined with TE's QSFP28 and SFP28 connectors and cages, this connector cable assembly solution provides complete and reliable connectivity for application devices.
