TE Connectivity's CGS 3430 Wide-end chip resistor is a new automotive grade resistor with up to 3W of power. These resistors are highly reliable, reduce the risk of failure in multilayer electrode structures, and comply with the AEC-Q200 standard. Chip resistors have ruthenium-based thick film elements and wide terminals to dissipate greater power ratings.
3430 Chip resistors provide 100% charge-coupled device (CCD) detection to improve long-term stability and vehicle eligibility reliability. Typical applications include robotics, LED lighting, automation control, telecommunications equipment, radios and recorders, television tuners, digital cameras, watches, pocket calculators, and medical devices.
