TRINAMIC introduces the first generation of intelligent BLDC motor series

     TRINAMIC Motion Control has announced the launch of their first generation smart BLDC motor family, which has a rated speed of 4000rpm and a rated holding torque of 6.25... 18.5 Ncm. The PD42-x-1670 is highly integrated with the most advanced feature set and CAN bus interface to provide optimal processing power.

Parameters can be stored permanently on the board, and PANdrive takes care of all time-critical operations, such as the ramp calculation itself, ensuring low communication traffic.

     The complete mechatronics solution includes state-of-the-art field-controlled motor control and powerful and efficient drives. The Hall-based rotary feedback system makes it reliable and durable. It is equipped with industry standard protocols and can be easily integrated into PLC environments or stand-alone applications. The driver is designed for 24V power supply.
