Tektronix introduces breakthrough power measuring instruments

     Tektronix has officially launched its latest series of isolated current probes (TICP ISO V) as well as a three-channel bidirectional power supply (EAPSB 20,000). These two new products not only set a new benchmark in the field of power test and measurement, but also demonstrate Tektronix's outstanding strength in driving technological innovation in the industry.

As the industry's first RF isolated current probe, TICP ISO V offers full coverage from low bandwidth, low current to high bandwidth, high current, solving the current measurement challenges engineers face when testing wide band gap devices such as silicon carbide and gallium nitride. The probe supports bandwidth up to 1 GHZ and provides RF isolation to ensure safety and accuracy of testing.      On the other hand, Tektronek's three-channel bidirectional power supply (EAPSB 20,000), introduced in collaboration with EA Electro-Automatik, is an innovative product designed for high-energy, high-power applications. The power supply has three independent channels, each supporting up to 920 volts and 340 amps of current output, for a total power of up to 30 kilowatts. Its automatic range design allows for flexible adjustment of voltage and current output according to application requirements, maintaining maximum power output. In addition, the power supply has an energy recovery efficiency of up to 96%, which effectively reduces energy consumption and costs.
