Teledyne E2V announced the launch of a multi -function development kit for the signal chain of the four -channel ADC device

     Teledyne E2V has expanded the scope of project support, and at the same time launched the popular EV12AQ60X modulus converter (ADC) series. The new EV12AQ600-FMC-EVM development kit will become a valuable tool for implementing a hybrid signal subsystem. This package is suitable for prototype design related to aviation electronics, military, aerospace, telecommunications, industry, and high -energy physical applications, which can be used to evaluate the company's 12 -bit four -channel ADC of the company's EV12AQ600 and EV12AQ605. This means that engineers can quickly build a functional prototype and check whether the expected operating parameters can be achieved.

     Each EV12AQ600-FMC-EVM motherboard is equipped with an EV12AQ600 or an EV12AQ605 device, as well as four single-end signal input and a FMC connector for connecting appropriate programming logic devices. In addition, a high -speed internal clock (support for 6.4GHz operations), a 12V rated power unit and an ESISTREAM serial interface are also provided with connection of external clock and temperature monitor.

     The new development kit adds a dimension to the existing hardware product portfolio based on the EV12AQ60X series. At the same time, it also includes the previously launched demonstration kit and multiple ADC synchronous kits, both of which have built -in FPGA. EV12AQ600-FMC-EVM allows engineers to add their own FPGAs that are consistent with actual applications, and they can start creating the required code in the design stage. This means that they do not have to start after the prototype production work is completed. This package is compatible with various FPGA plug -in boards from different suppliers, especially the Alpha data evaluation board of XQRKU060 and ESISTREAM for the ESISTREAM for this board. Through the ESISTREAM interface, multiple kits can be synchronized to help develop more complicated layouts, such as phased array antennas.

     The cross -point switch integrated in the EV12AQ60X series is a unique element. In this way, the kernels of each EV12AQ600 and EV12AQ605 ADC can be used to be independent or interlaced with each other. In this way, the sampling rate in the 4 -channel mode is 1.6GSPS, the sampling rate in the 2 channel mode is 3.2GSPS, or the sampling rate on the single channel is 6.4GSPS. Bit rate and input simulation bandwidth can also be adjusted as needed.
