     Texas Instruments AMC22C11-Q1 Automotive Class Isolated comparator is an isolated comparator with short response time. The open - drain output and input circuits are separated by isolation grids. The isolation grid is highly resistant to magnetic field interference. It is certified to provide current isolation up to 3kVRMS in compliance with DIN EN IEC 60747-17 (VDE 0884-17) and UL1577 standards.

     It supports operating voltages up to 560VRMS. The trip threshold can be adjusted from 20mV to 450mV in low hysteresis mode. It can also be adjusted in high hysteresis mode with a single external resistor in the 600mV to 2.7V range.

     The open and leaky output on the device supports transparent mode (latched input connected to GND2), that is, the output follows the input state; Or latch mode, which clears the output at the falling edge of the latch input signal. The Texas Instruments AMC22C11-Q1 comes in an 8-pin SOIC package, and specifications are calibrated across the entire automotive grade temperature range (-- 40°C to +125°C).
