Texas Instruments DAC63004WCSP-EVM Evaluation module

The Texas Instruments DAC63004WCSP-EVM Evaluation Module is a platform for evaluating the performance of the DAC63004W and DAC53004W in Wafer Chip level packaging (WCSP). The DAC63004 is a commercial ultra-low power, buffered voltage, current output digital-to-analog converter (DAC) available in a variety of configurations. In addition, there is an optional circuit for evaluating DAC63004W or DAC53004W as a variable current source with an output current up to 200mA.

The TI DAC63004WCSP-EVM evaluation module provides a GUI for evaluating the performance and application of a DAC63004W or DAC53004W. The DAC63004WCSP-EVM has an onboard controller that can be directly connected to the computer for use with the GUI.

The two 16-pin connectors are compatible with the BOOSTXL-DAC-PORT, and the DAC63004WCSP-EVM is available with the EK-TM4C1294XL LaunchPad™ development kit if selected by an onboard controller.
