Texas Instruments DACx3202 High Precision Digital to Analog Converter (DAC) is a series of products compatible with dual pass, buffered, voltage output and current output DAC pins. The DAC63202 is a 12 bit device, while the DAC53202 is a 10 bit device. The DACx3202 device supports Hi-Z off mode and Hi-Z output under power failure.

The output of these Dacs provides forced-induction options for use as a feed current and programmable comparator. Multifunctional GPIO, NVM, and function generation support these smart Dacs for design reuse and processor-free applications. These devices contain an internal voltage reference source that automatically detects PMBus, SPI and I2C interfaces.

The combination of the Texas Instruments DACx3202 smart DAC's feature set with miniature packaging and ultra-low power consumption makes it a superior choice for DC set point applications such as bias and calibration, voltage fine-tuning and measurement, and waveform generation.
