Texas Instruments ESD341 TVS ESD protection diode

     Texas Instruments ESD341 TVS ESD Protection diode is a TVS ESD protection diode for HDMI 1.4 circuit protection. The ESD341 has the highest ESD impact dissipation rating (level 4) specified in IEC61000-4-2 international standard. The device's IO capacitance is 0.66pF (typical value), enabling high-speed interface protection up to 3.4Gbps, including support for protocols such as HDMI 1.4b. Low dynamic resistance and low clamp voltage ensure system-level protection against transient events.

     The 30kV ESD rating and 5.4A surge provide powerful transient protection in a miniature package designed to protect 3.6V power rails in portable electronics and other space-constrained applications such as wearables. The Texas Instruments ESD341 is packaged in the industry standard 0201 (DPL) package.
