Texas Instruments TLV3011/-Q1/TLV3012/-Q1 Micropower comparators are low-power open-and-drain (TLV3011/TLV3011-Q1) or push-pull output (TLV3012/TLV3012-Q1) comparators. Both devices have an unspecified on-chip voltage reference. Both units have a static current of 5µA (maximum), a total input model circumference of 200mV beyond the power rail, and a single power supply operating voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V.
The integrated 1.242V series voltage reference provides low drift of 100 PPM /°C (maximum), is stable under capacitive loads up to 10nF, and can provide output currents up to 0.5mA (typical value).
TLV3011/TLV3011-Q1 and TLV3012/TLV3012-Q1 adopt miniature SOT23-6 package, which can realize the space saving design. Also available is the SC-70 package, which allows for greater savings in board area. Both versions are rated for operating temperatures ranging from -40 °C to +125°C. Texas Instruments TLV3011-Q1/TLV3012-Q1 meets AEC-Q100 standards for automotive applications.
