Texas Instruments TLV314 operational amplifier

     Texas Instruments' TLV314 series single - and dual-channel op-amps represent low power, general purpose op-amps. Rail-to-rail input and output fluctuations (RRIO) and low static current (150 μs usually at 5 V) combined with the wide bandwidth of 3 MHZ make this home very attractive for a variety of battery-powered applications requiring a good balance between cost and performance. In addition, the TLV314 series architecture implements a low input bias current of 1 pA, allowing milliohm source impedance applications.

     The robust design of the TLV314 device provides circuit designers with ease of use: unity-gain stability, RRIO, capacitive loads up to 300 pF, integrated RF/EMI suppression filters, no phase inversion under overspeed conditions, and high electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection (4 kv HBM).

     These devices are optimized for low voltage operation at 1.8 V(±0.9 V) and 5.5 V(±2.75 V), and are specified in the extended industrial temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. The TLV314(single) is available in 5-pin SC70 and SOT-23 packs. The TLV2314 (dual) is available in 8-pin SOIC and VSSOP packages.
