Texas Instruments TPS22995H-Q1 Automotive load switches contain a 19 Mω N channel MOSFET and operate in the input voltage range of 0.8V to 5.5V. The maximum supported continuous current is 3A. Adopt 2.8mm × 2.9mm 6-pin SOT package, spacing is 0.5mm. The device is rated to operate at temperatures ranging from -40 °C to +125°C in naturally ventilated environments.
The TPS22995H-Q1 is controlled by on/off input (on) and can be directly connected to low-voltage GPIO signals. The TPS22995 has a fast output discharge function when the switch is off, which can pull the output voltage down to the known 0V state. In addition, the device provides an adjustable rise function designed to limit surge current with highly capacitive loads.
TI TPS22995H-Q1 switch pin can withstand high humidity conditions. This means that no matter which pin has a 100kΩ short circuit between GND or the power supply, the device will operate properly. Timing pin (RT) is expected to remain in the +/-20% range when affected by high humidity.
