Texas Instruments TPSI3050/TPSI3050-Q1 Enhanced Switch driver

     The Texas Instruments TPSI3050/TPSI3050-Q1 Enhanced Switch driver is an integrated device that comes in a SOIC 8-pin (DWZ) 7.50mm x 5.85mm package. When used in combination with an external power switch, it can constitute a complete isolated solid state relay (SSR). When nominal grid drive voltage is 10V and peak pull and fill currents are 1.5/3.0A, a variety of external power switches can be selected to meet a variety of application requirements.

     The TI TPSI3050/TPSI3050-Q1 enhanced switch driver can generate a self-biased secondary power supply via the primary side power supply, so there is no need for isolated secondary power supply bias. Moreover, TPSI3050 can selectively supply power to external supporting circuits to meet different application requirements.
