     Texas Instruments TUSB2E11 The USB 2.0 eUSB2 repeater is designed to support both device and host modes. TUSB2E11 supports USB low speed (LS), full speed (FS), and high speed (HS) signals. The device features a number of patented designs that provide strong interoperability, optimal performance and power.

     For systems without an I2C interface, the TI TUSB2E11 USB 2.0 eUSB2 repeater offers eight separate Settings with three bootstrap pins for USB 2.0 channel equivalent series resistance (ESR) of up to 20Ω. The device variant is available for varying levels of eUSB2 cabling length compensation up to 10 inches.

     The I2C interface provides increased flexibility by enabling fine-tuning of the device's RX-balance and TX amplitudes, swing rates, and pre-weighting to pass electrical compliance testing and compensate for channel losses. A variety of debugging options are available through three GPIO pins that can be configured to monitor various USB bus states or interruptions, as well as the CTA-936 UART mode that provides SoC debugging capabilities. GPIO0 and GPIO1 can be used as general purpose I2C to GPIO Bridges.
