Texas Instruments isolated switch driver

The Texas Instruments TPSI3052-Q1 Enhanced Switch driver is a fully integrated device that, when combined with an external power switch, constitutes a complete isolated solid-state relay (SSR). The switch driver is an integrated isolation protection device that provides robust functionality with higher reliability, lower power consumption, and a wider temperature range.

The TPSI3052-Q1 Switch driver is an automotive enhanced drive with an integrated 15V grid power supply that supports two operating modes depending on the number of input pins required. The switch driver supports AC or DC switching, two - wire or three - wire modes. Applications include solid-state relays (SSR), battery management systems, on-board chargers, hybrid, electric and powertrain systems, building automation, and factory automation and control. TPSI3052-Q1 device meets AEC-Q100 certification for automotive applications.
