Texas Instruments OPA365 and OPA2365 zero crossing series, rail to rail, high-performance CMOS operational amplifier optimization, suitable for very low voltage, single power applications. Inter rail input and output, low noise (4.5 nV/√) Hz) and high-speed operation (50 MHz gain bandwidth) make these devices very suitable for driving sampled analog to digital converters (adcs). Applications include audio, signal conditioning and sensor amplification. OPA365 series operational amplifiers are also very suitable for mobile phone power amplifier control circuits.

     Its features include good common mode rejection ratio (CMRR), no input stage cross distortion, high input impedance, and rail to rail input and output wobble. Input common mode range includes negative power supply and positive power supply. The output voltage swing is within 10 mV from the guide rail.


     OPA365 (single version) can be used in micro size SOT23-5 (SOT-5) and SOIC-8 packages. OPA2365 (dual version) is provided in SOIC-8 package. All versions are specified for operation from - 40 ° C to+125 ° C. Single and dual versions have the same specifications for maximum design flexibility.
