The ECS ECS-3225MVQ is a 3.2mm x 2.5mm low current surface mount oscillator

     The ECS-3225MVQ series comes from ECS and is an HCMOS AEC-Q200 compliant surface mount oscillator in a ceramic 3.2mm x 2.5mm x 1.0mm industry standard package. These oscillators are MultiVolt capable and work on power supplies compatible with + 1.8V, + 2.5V, + 3.0V or + 3.3V. They have a wide automotive operating temperature range of -40ºC to 105ºC and a standard industrial temperature range of -40ºC to +85ºC.

     Standard stability of ±20 ppm, ±25 ppm, and ±50 ppm is provided in both temperature ranges. The ECS-3225MVQ has a low power consumption of 8 mA to 20 mA (maximum), depending on frequencies in the 1 MHz to 160 MHz product range, with a low jitter of 1 pS between 12 kHz and 20 MHz.

     ECS adds three part numbers to the ECS-3225MVQ MultiVolt oscillator family. The ECS-3225MVQ-1000-CN-TR3 and ECS-3225MVQ-500-CN-TR3 have the frequency, stability, and temperature range combination of previous products and are offered in 3,000-piece rolls identified by TR3 at the end of the part number. The ECS-3225MVQ-250-BS-TR is a 25 MHz MultiVolt oscillator that provides ±50 ppm stability in the extended temperature range from -40ºC to +125ºC.
