     The Globek ruggedized USB00016 USB-C connector is designed to solve the problem of improper use of equipment by users. The charging cable with USB Type-C connector is the common charging cable for most switching mode power supplies and chargers in today's electronic devices. One of the most common causes of cable breakage is incorrect unplugging from the application system equipment. Pulling the midpoint of the cable, or even pulling the plastic wrap of the connector, will cause damage due to improper insertion force and tensile stress of the connector.

     GlobTek's USB-C connector helps improve the EMI performance of the shielding layer. The integrated plug and PCB cover with integrated cable clip provide excellent robustness. It can prevent possible damage of simple USB-C cable with separate plug and PCB components. The rear of the integrated assembly is a connected cable clamp, which is used to mechanically fix the connector housing of the cable.

     The cable clamp and plastic coating design are combined to withstand very high tension. This plug is more robust in terms of bending protection after insertion.
