The MLX90397 16 bit three-axis sensor of Melexis has a magnetic field range of 50 mT and an adaptive range of 200 mT on the z-axis. The user can select the magnetic field to be measured in BX, BY, BZ, temperature or combination. The sensing element is based on the proven Triaxis 3D Hall effect technology. The captured data is converted into digital form, and then ² C interface transmission.
The MLX90397 is designed to address 1.8 V/2.2 V/3.3 V applications. The MLX90397 has excellent SNR performance, which helps designers to consider the noise characteristics and power consumption comprehensively.
