     The ISM330IS is in a system-level package with a 3-axis digital accelerometer and a 3-axis digital gyroscope, high performance mode for improved performance (power consumption only 0.59 mA), and support for alway on low power features. To achieve optimal sports results in industrial and Internet of Things solutions.

     The ISM330IS has full-scale acceleration ranges of ±2 g, ±4 g, ±8 g, and ±16 g, and angular velocity ranges of ±125 dps, ±250 dps, ±500 dps, ±1000 dps, and ±2000 dps. The ISM330IS features programmable interrupts and an on-chip sensor hub with up to six sensors: an internal accelerometer, a gyroscope, and four external sensors.

     ISM330IS incorporates a new ST processing class, ISPU (Intelligent Sensor Processing Unit), to support real-time applications that rely on sensor data. ISPU is an ultra-low-power, high-performance programmable kernel that performs signal processing and AI algorithms at the edge. The main advantage of ISPU is C programming and an enhanced ecosystem with libraries and third party tools/ides.
