The SN74AXC1T45 of Texas Instruments is a unit non inverting bus transceiver, which uses two independent configurable power rails. The equipment can work under V (CCA) and V (CCB) power supply as low as 0.65 V. The A port is designed to track V (CCA) and accepts any supply voltage from 0.65 V to 3.6 V. The B port is designed to track V (CCB) and also accepts any supply voltage from 0.65 V to 3.6 V.

     The Texas Instruments SN74AXC1T45 is a unit non-inverse-bus transceiver that uses two separate configurable power tracks. The device operates on both V(CCA) and V(CCB) power supplies as low as 0.65V. The A port is designed to track V(CCA), which accepts any supply voltage from 0.65V to 3.6V. The B port is designed to track V(CCB), which also accepts any supply voltage from 0.65V to 3.6V.

 

     The DIR pin determines the direction in which the signal travels. When DIR pin is set to high, switch from port A to port B; When DIR is set to low, switch from port B to port A. DIR pins reference V(CCA), meaning that its logical high threshold and logical low threshold trace V(CCA). These devices are fully specified for partial power off applications using I(off) current. The I(off) protection circuit ensures that when the device is powered off, there is no excess current from the offset to the input, output, or combination of I/O at a particular voltage.

 

     The V(CC) isolation feature ensures that if V(CCA) or V(CCB) is less than 100 mV, both I/O ports enter a high impedance state by disabling their output. A trouble-free supply sequence allows the supply rail to be turned on or off in any order without a data failure (that is, the output waveform temporarily switches from a logical low level to a logical high level).
