The DTJ15 and DTJ20 series of XP Power are designed to facilitate installation and operation. They can be installed on the chassis or DIN rail and connected through screw terminals. No additional components are required to protect or be compatible with EMC. This series provides 15 W or 20 W power and is suitable for various applications, including process monitoring and control, industrial robots, elevators and mobile sidewalks, security monitoring, game systems, door control, communication and telemetry, etc.

XP Power's DTJ15 and DTJ20 series are designed for ease of installation and operation. They can be mounted on chassis or DIN rails and connected via screw terminals, requiring no additional components for protection or EMC compatibility. The series provides 15 W or 20 W power and is suitable for a variety of applications including process monitoring and control, industrial robots, elevators and moving walkways, security monitoring, gaming systems, door control, communications and telemetry and much more.

A key feature of DC/DC converters is their wide (4:1) input range covering 9 V(DC) to 36 V(DC) and 18 V(DC) to 75 V(DC), ideal for a variety of input sources, including multiple nominal battery voltages and vehicle power supplies, without the need for multiple DC/DC solutions. Both series offer a total of 14 different input ranges, with single output (3.3V, 5.0V, 12.0V, and 15.0V) and dual output (± 5.0V, ± 12.0V, and ± 15.0V) options. The single output type allows the output voltage to be cut by ±10% to accommodate the voltage drop in wiring when the load is located remotely. Remote on/off enables the DC/DC converter to be controlled by software, thus enabling the remote installation to operate efficiently.

Reverse polarity protection provides peace of mind in case the device is accidentally wired incorrectly during installation, while built-in input and output protection ensures that the load and DC/DC converter are always protected under any failure conditions. Compliance with EN55032 Class A standards without the need for any external components means that no additional work is required to achieve EMC compliance during installation.

DC-DC converters can operate at temperatures up to +100°C, allowing for use in harsh environments, as well as in sealed environments without forced airflow (such as IP67 enclosures). The ability to operate at altitudes of up to 5,000 metres ensures that DTJ15 and DTJ20 can be deployed globally.
