Torex Semiconductor XCL104/XCL105 Step-Up DC/DC Converters

Torex Semiconductor XCL104/XCL105 Boost DC/DC converters are synchronous converters that integrate a built-in inductance 0.17Ω Nch driver FET and a 0.23Ω synchronous Pch switch FET. These converters include a built-in coil that minimizes the size of the converters and the time required to select components due to the lower external component count.

Boost micro DC/DC converters can operate from an input voltage of 0.9V and have an output voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V. These converters are ideal for industrial devices, Internet of Things (IoT), wearables, mobile devices, and any device with an emphasis on battery life.
