Torex XC6506 series is available for 105℃ 0.8μA low current consumption regulated IC

     Torex Semiconductor developed a new product XC6506 series, which is a low current regulator IC with a working temperature range of 105 ℃. XC6506 series low current consumption is only 0.8 μ A. The standby current is 0.01 through the ON/OFF function of the CE terminal μ A. The service life of the battery is greatly extended, meeting the basic requirements of all small devices using batteries.

     The output current is 150mA, the maximum input voltage is 6V, and the output voltage is 1.2~5.0V (fixed internally), which can be set in a wide range and the operating temperature environment corresponds to 105 ℃. The XC6506's high temperature resistance characteristics can be widely used in industrial applications that require low power consumption and are used in high temperature environments.

     The package adopts USPN-4 (0.9 x 1.2 x h0.4 mm) with super small bottom back (Figure 1), featuring low current consumption and high temperature resistance, making the XC6506 series applicable to all small devices equipped with batteries and backup circuits. Including IoT/mobile/wearable devices that pay attention to small size, saving area and battery life, as well as increasingly small industrial applications.
