Ultrasonic - cleaned piezoelectric transducer driver with wide supply voltage

     Texas Instruments DRV2901 is a high performance lens cleaning sensor driver. The device provides an innovative protection system integrated on a chip that protects the device from various failure conditions that can damage the system. These safety measures include short circuit protection, over current protection, under voltage protection and over temperature protection.

     It has a new dedicated finite current circuit that reduces the chance of the device shutting down at high level transients. And the system only needs a simple passive LC demodulation filter, can provide high quality, high efficiency amplification, and meet the requirements of EMI. This device requires two power supplies, GVDD and VDD are 12V, and PVDD is 12V to 48V. The internal power-on reset does not require a power-on sequence.
