
Vishay Intertechnology has announced that its ACAS 0606 AT and ACAS 0612 AT precision automotion-grade film sheet rejection has been further enhanced, increasing the resistance ratio to 1:100 and operating voltage to 100 V. Vishay Beyschlag devices provide designers with greater flexibility to choose from a wider range of input voltages for divider applications or to achieve up to five times greater amplification than previous generation devices.
The Vishay Beyschlag ACAS 0606 AT and ACAS 0612 AT integrate two and four resistors, respectively, on a single substrate at a lower cost than using multiple high-precision discrete resistors, while their stable voltage division ratio improves application stability. For increased accuracy, AEC-Q200 certified exclusion combines a variety of features, including operating at +155 °C, with strict absolute tolerances up to ± 0.1%, relative tolerances up to ± 0.05%, absolute TCR as low as ± 10 ppm/K and ± 5 ppm/K relative TCR. The resistance value of the device is 47 Ω~150 kΩ, and the resistance value can be equal or different.
In addition to excellent high temperature resistance, the ACAS 0606 AT and ACAS 0612 AT also withstand a variety of harsh environments, at +85 °C, relative humidity 85%, 1000 hours, the device moisture sensitivity l∆R/Rl is less than 0.5%, excellent sulfur resistance in accordance with ASTM B 809. The new anti-ESD protection capacity reaches 1000 V, and the maximum rated dissipation of the resistance core is 0.125 W.
The ACAS 0606 AT and ACAS 0612 AT are suitable for use in precision analog circuits, voltage dividers, signal conditioning, operational amplifiers (OpAmp) and feedback circuits that require a particularly stable fixed resistance ratio. Typical applications include engine control units, transmission control, safety, power supply, body electronics, braking systems, climate control, steering technology and lighting, audio equipment and instrumentation in automotive electronics, battery measurement systems, sensors, meters and precision amplifiers in industrial electronics.
