     Most cylindrical power capacitors use screw connected IP20 terminals, while ESTAspring connected PhMKP series capacitors do not require screws. In this way, not only can connections be made faster and easier, but the continuous contact force ensures the strongest contact throughout the device's life cycle, making it ideal for applications where connections are prone to loosening.

 

     This metallized polypropylene film capacitor does not require tightening screws and provides a completely maintenance-free connection for LV power correction and harmonic filters in wind farms, solar panels and inverters, as well as thermal power stations. ESTAspring facilitates connection inspection for these applications; As long as the lever is closed, the device is reliably connected.

 

     PhMKP series devices have rated voltages from 230 V to 1000 V, output capacities from 2 kvar to 37.1 kvar, and maximum terminal current of 90 A. The capacitors are corrosion-resistant with stainless steel spring joints and are available in oil-filled and dry-filled versions. Devices comply with RoHS, UL, cUL and Vishay green standards and are halogen-free.
