Vision sensor is a kind of sensor device that can simulate human vision system. The working principle of vision sensor mainly includes three steps: image acquisition, image processing and image output. First, the image sensor captures the external light signal through the photosensitive element, which is generally used as a CMOS or CCD sensor. The optical lens then projects the light signal onto the image sensor by focusing, forming the image. Next, the image processing chip processes the image, including denoising, enhancing, compression and other operations. Finally, the image output can be transmitted via a digital interface to a computer or other device for subsequent processing.

 

Vision sensors are widely used in many fields. Here are some common practical applications:

1,Robot vision: Vision sensors can provide visual capabilities for robots to realize environmental perception and navigation.
