     Wurth Elektronik ICS has introduced the ePDM 70-150, an innovative controller that changes the way power is distributed in a vehicle's electrical system.      Equipped with 9 analog and digital inputs and a variety of outputs up to 35A, the controller is designed for demanding control and power distribution tasks. It operates effectively in the temperature range from -30 ° C to +85 ° C and has a current carrying capacity of 150A at 70 ° C. IP67/IP69K protection provides reliable operation even in harsh environments.

     The device offers various wake-up scenarios, such as activating the in-car HMI when the door opens. It also has a "steady on" output that stays active even in sleep mode, ensuring a protected power supply for key components such as the telematics module.

     The controller offers a high degree of flexibility and supports software updates for continuous feature development and optimization without hardware changes. Using the same hardware on different models can reduce overall system costs, with development costs mainly limited to software development. Minor behavioral adjustments can be programmed.
