X-NUCLEO-NFC08A1 Expansion board for NFC card reader

     The stmicroelectronics X-NUCLEO-NFC08A1 NFC card reader expansion board provides the demonstration and development platform for the ST25R3916B NFC card reader. ST25R3916B is a high-performance NFC(near Field communication) general purpose device that supports NFC initiator, NFC target, NFC reader and NFC card simulation mode when applicable. Fully EMVCo 3.1a analog and digital compliant, the device is optimized for POS terminal applications, enabling fast EMVCo authentication cycles even in harsh conditions.

     The nucleo-nfc08a1 NFC Card Reader expansion board features a pre-installed ST25R3916B NFC card reader in a 5.0mm x 5.0mm VFQFPN-32 package. The Arduino Uno R3 connector on the expansion board can be easily connected to the STM32 core development board or other Arduino-compatible microcontroller board.

     X-NUCLEO-NFC08A1 expansion modules are configured to support communication with ISO14443A/B, ISO15693, FeliCa, and AP2P. The expansion board also includes a 47mm x 34mm 13.56MHz PCB antenna and tuning circuit.
