
Yageo has enhanced the product line of the NPO high frequency laminable ceramic capacitor-AQ series, which is graded and temperature stable, from the original 0603 size, capacity range 0.2pF~100pF and rated voltage 50V, to the 0402 size, capacity range 0.1pF~100pF and rated voltage 50V
AQ series MLCC has excellent temperature stability and small tolerance tolerance, in the material application and manufacturing process, using the advanced design concept. High-frequency capacitors, also known as high-quality factor capacitors, provide characteristics such as high quality coefficient (low dielectric loss), low power consumption, and higher efficiency than ordinary capacitors. Because AQ series MLCC uses copper as the internal electrode, it can have a better low power consumption in mobile communication, and can be used in UHF(300MHz-3GHz), SHF(3GHz-30GHz), and microwave frequency bands. Achieve low ESR(equivalent series resistance), low ESL(equivalent series inductance) and high SRF(self-resonant frequency) requirements.
