Yageo, the world's leading manufacturer of passive components, has launched the AQ series of high frequency ceramic stacking capacitors, which use temperature-stable NPO dielectrics, currently available in sizes of 0603, capacity range: 0.2pF~100pF, and rated voltage of 50V.
AQ series capacitors have excellent temperature characteristics and small tolerance tolerance, and the design concept of the company is applied in the material and manufacturing process. The launch of the AQ series demonstrates the company's leadership in innovation and research and development, as well as the company's commitment to meeting the needs of its customers.
High-frequency capacitors provide higher mass coefficient (low dielectric loss) and lower power loss than ordinary capacitors. AQ series high frequency capacitors are typically used in high frequency applications ranging from 500MHz to 10GHz. With low power consumption for mobile communication, the AQ series has copper internal electrodes, enabling low ESR (equivalent series resistance), low ESL (equivalent series inductance) and high SRF (self-resonant frequency) in UHF (300MHz-3GHz), SHF (3GHz-30GHz) and microwave frequency bands. This family is ideal for high frequency applications such as impedance matching, decoupling and resonant circuits.
AS with other car gauge capacitors AC and AS series, Guoju regards the AEC-Q200 specification as the basic quality requirement for AQ series capacitors. In order to achieve a higher level of quality, longer service life and higher reliability, the methods adopted by Guoju include high-quality raw materials, advanced dedicated production lines and strict process control. In addition, automatic inspection of 100% production line and factory is used in addition to existing production standards.
AQ series is available with Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) documents. Like other capacitors, the AQ series is RoHS compliant and has higher thermal stability and mechanical strength. This gives customers more options and solutions to meet a wide range of application needs and requirements.
