Yageo Group launched a new type of thin-film automotive chip resistor RP series, which has the characteristics of moisture resistance, sulfur resistance, high precision and high stability. The enclosure size ranges from 0402 to 1206, the resistance range is 10 Ω - 1.5M Ω, with narrow tolerances of ± 0.1%, ± 0.25%, ± 0.5% and ± 1%, and low temperature characteristics (TCR) of ± 25, ± 50 ppm/° C, and the rated power value is 1/16 W-1/4 W.
The special passivation layer design of RP series forms an impermeable interface for the intermediate medium to make it a coated covering resistance, so water vapor is not easy to penetrate from the outside. With the protection of passivation layer, RP series can always maintain high stability of resistance in harsh environment, and is suitable for automotive electronics, telecommunications, industrial and medical equipment, testing and measuring equipment and power supply system.
