Yageo has introduced the PA0100 Ultra-miniature Metal Electrofluometric Resistor, which provides a product solution specifically designed to meet the challenges of continuous miniaturization to meet customer needs. The size of 01005 resistor is only 0.4x0.2mm, which is the smallest metal electrical influenza measuring resistor at present. This product is a supplement to the PA series, which provides different sizes of 0201, 0402, 0603, 0805, 1206 and 2010 package products. The whole PA series products have high performance characteristics.
In order to develop PA0100, Yageo first developed and applied a variety of semiconductor manufacturing processes to produce the smallest size, resistance value of only 10-20mΩ current sensor products
At the same time, PA0100 is excellent with high accuracy (1%), low resistance temperature coefficient (TCR = 300ppm/°C) and low thermoelectromotive force. The PA0100 jumper is used as a metal jumper with a maximum rated current of 8A.
The PA0100 is mainly used in mobile devices with strict size requirements, such as smart phones, but is also suitable for battery modules or RF/PA modules.
